Summary

Remove .claude/worktrees/ from .gitignore since the git-worktrees plugin has been removed
Cleaned up 14 stale agent worktrees locally

No worktree references existed in project rules, CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, or .claude/rules/ files — the gitignore entry was the only trace in tracked files.

Test plan

Pre-commit hooks pass
No functional code changes
